Not in jail but it's like a jail in some ways where I live . Phnom penh the capital, barb wire and rusty bars keep people in there guesthouses and bad people out , or just hungry people! The average earning here is 3 dollars a day. Generals ride around in Lexus cars and live too good, while the rest live in squalor. I can only imagine what a cambodian jail looks like. It must be hell..! But if you have done a very bad thing you must go to jail , howevr there should be different levels in a jails for the serious to the least serious. In practice in the world this is not the case. I leave for England in 3 weeks to start my work god help us all! Been in Cambodia for 2 years now .
