reduces life span and makes person neurotic.

Stress is built in genetically and distress

is self created stress crimnally all the foul

plays to dodge.The best way to cope stress

is fight if u can win otherwise flight and

let the time pass by

depics Alpha which mean I love them and 2%

depics gamma which mean I hate them and 96 %

depics beeta which mean just ok a routine work

same is with marriages.For prolong life be in-

Vision and self determination.Newton 2nd law is

Mass x Accelration.Like this mass is money and

accelration is vision and self determination.If

you look at Hitler,nepolion , prophits,all all

greatmen they had vision and determinations as
